NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST WAIVER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Parlier Unified School District at its regular board meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on June 8, 2021, at the District Office located at 900 S. Newmark Avenue, Parlier, California 93648, will consider seeking a waiver from the State Board of Education of the requirement that the establishment of trustee areas and adoption of a “by trustee area” election process be submitted to the electors as set forth in Education Code §§ 5021 and 5020. The Board invites public testimony regarding this matter.

AVISO DE INTENCIÓN DE SOLICITAR UNA EXENCIÓN
SE DA AVISO de que la Mesa Directiva del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Parlier en su reunión regular de la mesa directiva, se llevará a cabo a las 6:00 p.m. el 8 de junio del 2021, en la Oficina del Distrito ubicada en 900 S. Newmark Avenue, Parlier, California 93648, considerará solicitar una exención de la Junta Estatal de Educación del requisito de que el establecimiento de áreas de fideicomisarios y la adopción de un “ fideicomisario en proceso de elección del área ”se someterá a los electores como se establece en el Código de Educación §§ 5021 y 5020. La Junta invita al testimonio público sobre este asunto.
