NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – LOCAL CONTROL ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN
The Parlier Unified School District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Control Accountability Plan for the 2022-23 year at 6:00 p.m. on May 24, 2022 at Parlier Junior High School located at 1200 E. Parlier Avenue, Parlier, CA 93648. Education Code 52062 requires the Local Accountability Plan to be presented at a public hearing on the same evening as the public hearing for the District’s Annual Budget for the same year.
There will be two public hearings for the 2022-23 year prior to the approval of the budget. The first of such hearings will be held on the date listed above. The main focus of the first public hearing will be on programming. The second public hearing will be held on June 14,2022 and will focus on the financial aspect.
AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA – PLAN DE RENDICIÓN DE CUENTAS DE CONTROL LOCAL
La Mesa Directiva del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Parlier llevará a cabo una audiencia pública sobre el Plan de Responsabilidad de Control Local propuesto para el año 2022-23 a las 6:00 p.m. el 24 de mayo del 2022 en la escuela secundaria de Parlier (Parlier Junior High School) ubicada en 1200 E. Parlier Avenue, Parlier, CA 93648. El Código de Educación 52062 requiere que el Plan de Responsabilidad Local se presente en una audiencia pública la misma noche que la audiencia pública para el presupuesto anual del Distrito del mismo año.
Habrá dos audiencias públicas para el año 2022-23 antes de la aprobación del presupuesto. La primera de dichas audiencias se llevará a cabo en la fecha indicada anteriormente. El enfoque principal de la primera audiencia pública será la programación. La segunda audiencia pública se llevará a cabo el 14 de junio del 2022 y se centrará en el aspecto financiero.
