Parlier Unified School District, in partnership with the California Department of Education (CDE) and the Great Kindness Challenge® (GKC), encourages all teachers, staff, and students of child care centers, preschools, and schools to participate in the GKC the week of January 25–29, 2021.

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Parlier, en asociación con el Departamento de Educación de California (CDE) y el Great Kindness Challenge® (GKC) o "Gran desafío de bondad", alienta a todos los maestros, personal y estudiantes de centros de cuidado infantil, preescolares y escuelas a participar en el GKC la semana del 25 al 29 de enero de 2021.

The next PUSD Board Study Session will be held tonight, January 19, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office & San Joaquin Valley High School campus.  You can join us in person for the first part of the Board Study Session to address the board during the Public Comment section. You can also join virtually for this section. The training will be conducted as Closed Session.

This January during School Board Recognition Month, Parlier Unified School District would like to salute our Board of Trustees and all local educational agency boards. Roughly 5,100 California school board trustees — the largest group of elected officials in the state — aid in supporting student success by establishing policy priorities and benchmarks. Trustees provide a critical accountability link between the schools and the community, and offer an accessibility to voters that is unrivaled by other public officeholders.

As we begin 2021, I am renewed in optimism that we will be able to offer in-person learning to all our students soon.

The next PUSD Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office & San Joaquin Valley High School campus.  You can join us online or in person!

Please note, the District Office will be operating under modified office hours 12/21/20 - 12/23/20 and 12/28/20 - 12/30/20. We will be open from 7:30AM-4PM. Our office will be closed 12/24/20, 12/25/20, 12/31/20, & 1/1/21 for Winter Recess. There will be no Grab-n-Go meals 12/21/20-1/11/21.
